Smart Dispenser - 4 Strand Unit

 

The Smart Dispenser chops and delivers Alkali Resistant (AR) glass fiber on demand.  A precision servo-motor cuts the exact amount of fiber commanded by the batch controller.  The cut fiber is then delivered anywhere in the plant by a pneumatic transfer system.  The 4-Strand Unit cuts fiber from 4 separate "bobbins" of AR glass fiber from a pallet of 48 bobbins.
